• Our Customers are looking for a Partner for a high-grade power plant solution, which turns out to be the optimal plant variant considering all applicable power plant technologies, which are individually optimised to his needs, which uses high efficient and environmentally protecting technology and which offers the needed flexibilities in the type of operation and in the operation range.
• Our Customers are looking for a Partner, who analyses continuously the technical and economic developments in the (CHP-)Power Plant business, acts competently and experienced, keeps at least the agreements, can successfully lead a power plant project and acts in line with the Overall Project Interest.

Our Customers expect from the Consulting & Engineering Service Provider:

• already within the project development phase to set the right course, to analyse the Customer need such, that the main requirements for the determination of the power plant variants are worked-out, to identify the plant processes in question, to clarify the most important project boundary conditions and to investigate a first feasibility of the plant variants,
• within the consulting phase to investigate competently the feasibility with the know-how and experience of a Consultant, General Planer, Component Supplier and Plant Supplier and subsequently the main characteristic values, which are defined in the study, can really be achieved when realising the project,
• to include really all useable fossil-fired CHP Station technologies or plant variants in the evaluation of the best process because a Consulting Service or a Study is only as good as the best Plant Process (Plant Variant), which is known to the Consultant and which is evaluated in the Study;
  as a prerequisite for that, a Consultant need to be in possession of the know-how about all fossil-fired power plant technologies and power plant processes and their preferred area of applications,
• to calculate the economic calculations with realistic cost, to investigate the sensitivity carefully and to work-out the recommendation from entrepreneurial perspective,
• within the planning phase to exactly define the project targets according to the conceptual engineering, to organise the project in an efficient manner based on the project targets, to plan and to structure, to control the progress of the project and to execute corrective measures for deviations to the project targets, to negotiate successfully, to prevail in the sense of the overall project and to provide the quality of the project works according to the high-grade products,
• within the execution (realisation) phase to consistently pursue the project targets and to achieve their fulfillment with all reasonable efforts, to situationally supervise the suppliers and to control the quality, to lead the erection such that all involved companies cooperate well in the sense of the overall project, to competently lead the commissioning and to check with acceptance tests, that the plant finally is able to achieve the main characteristic values of the chosen best plant variant,
• within all project phases to provide an efficient reporting and target-oriented activities and to provide the use of all reasonable efforts in the sense of the overall project.
