Combined Cycle CHP Stations SYSTEM HUTTER
- HUTTER FREI POWER delivers mainly Combined Cycle CHP Stations according to the SYSTEM HUTTER process, that means Combined Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine CHP Stations with radiation-type SYSTEM HUTTER Steam Generators, which achieve total efficiencies of up to 94 %.
- The Combined Cycle CHP Station SYSTEM HUTTER was developed by Mr. Friedrich Hutter for the simultaneous generation of useful steam and electricity. We have patent rights on a low emission technology of the boiler firing and in the steam generator configuration to achieve highest total efficiencies, and consequently fuel savings and reduction of CO2 emissions.
Gas Turbine CHP Stations with Heat Recovery Steam Generators
- If heat is used in form of hot water or in case of ratios "electricity to fuel price" above 3.6, HUTTER FREI POWER delivers Gas Turbine CHP Stations with Heat Recovery Steam Generators, which can have an economic advantage.
Steam Turbine CHP Stations
- If Gas Turbine CHP Stations in some cases are not the economically optimal power plant types or if Gas Turbines can not be used, HUTTER FREI POWER delivers Steam Turbine CHP Stations with different fuels, for example gas-, oil- or coal-fired.
- For all applications either with pure Electricity need or with Electricity need with a relatively low Useful Heat need, HUTTER FREI POWER delivers Thermal Power Stations up to medium plant size with different technologies (Combined Cycle Power Stations, Gas Turbine Power Stations, Steam Turbine Power Stations) and dependant on the technology with different fuels as for example gas, oil or coal.
Heating Plants & Steam Generators
- HUTTER FREI POWER is specialised in design, construction and delivery of radiation-type Steam Generators as well as of Heat Recovery Steam Generators (Heating Plants & Steam Generators), which can be equipped with different fuel systems depending on the boundary conditions.
Residue Waste to Energy Plants
- HUTTER FREI POWER delivers Residue Waste to Energy Plants according to the specially developed concept of bubbling fluidised-bed combustion for the wastes and rejects of the paper- and cardboard-production for reduction of the emissions, increase of the operation time between revisions and minimise corrosion.
Waste Incineration Plants
- In case of Waste Incineration Plants HUTTER FREI POWER acts as Planning and Executing Eengineer and delivers the energy part with water steam cycle and power generation. The waste firing and flue gas cleaning is not in the HUTTER FREI POWER scope of supply.
