- Feasibility Study, Permit Application and Pre-Engineering about a complete CHP Station with new power plant building, water treatment- and condensate polishing plant, natural gas pipeline with natural gas hand-over station, gas turbines, steam generator plants with feedwater systems, exhaust- / flue gas system, steam turbine, steam turbine bypass system, auxiliary condenser, condensate system, pipings & valves, high- and medium voltage switchyards, further electrical systems, instrumentation, distributed control system with tie-in of existing distributed control system, steel structure & walkways, tie-in of existing steam generators, new process steam system up to upsteam the paper machines
HUTTER FREI POWER Scope of Services:
- Conceptual Engineering with comparison and evaluation of power station variants between Gas Turbines with Heat Recovery Steam Generators and CHP Stations SYSTEM HUTTER with radiation-type SYSTEM HUTTER Steam Generator
- After economic calculations and concept decision by UPM for the CHP Station SYSTEM HUTTER:
Design, Pre-Engineering, Arrangement Planning, P&I Diagrams, Single Line Diagrams, Plant Operation- and Control Concept, Heat Balances, Electrical Calculations with earth fault- and load case calculations, preparation of Control System Architecture, reparation of Inquiry Specifications, support & participation in Supplier Negotations of time-critical purchasing packages, Supplier Evaluations, determination of Overall Project Investment Cost with cash-flow planning, Overall Time Schedule, supply of BIMSCHV-permitting-forms, support for the various permitting Expert Assessments.
The Project Execution (-Realisation) will be started after the UPM release of the Project Investment Application.
